Return policy and right of withdrawal

 

For unpersonalized goods:
Consumers can return goods received to us within a period of 14 days from receipt of the goods. The costs for the return shipment shall be covered by the consumer and are generally non-refundable.

For goods finished to customer specifications:
There is no right of return for products that have been ordered, manufactured or finished according to customer personalization!
